Splitter Splatter is a really nice clearbased glitter polish made by Lush Lacquer.
This polish has hex, square, and bar glitter in three different colors blue, black, and white. The formula is a little thick but only because there is so much glitter and you get a lot of glitter on the brush when you dip it in which is a good thing.
This is 2 coats over a silver Avon polish.

I really love how well the blue stands out in this polish!
