Pretty and Polished Valentino

Pretty and Polished's Valentino is a mixture of black and white hex glitter in a bunch of different sizes. This looks great over almost every color! I decided to wear it over orange for Halloween.

 

I used Orly Melt Your Popsicle for undies. Its a super bright neon orange but it took about 5 thin coats to be completely opaque =/

 

 

 

This is one coat of Valentino over Melt Your Popsicle.
