Whatever is a part of Different Diemension's 80's baby collection. It is a beautiful neon purple scattered holo! It's absolutely gorgeous! I love bright neon colors. This is a scattered holo but it does have a little bit of a linear holo to it.
The formula was great and super easy to apply! This was opaque in 2 coats.
